When it is, you should normally see it in the first message that Apache write to its "error" log when it starts, as follows : [Wed Sep 17 03:58:10 2008] [notice] Apache/2.2.3 (Debian) DAV/2 SVN/1.4.2 mod_jk/1.2.18 PHP/4.4.4-8+etch4 mod_ssl/2.2.3 OpenSSL/0.9.8c mod_perl/2.0.2 Perl/v5.8.8 configured -- resuming normal operations see the "mod_jk" part ? Now, I don't know Fedora and where it puts things, but in order to load a module in Apache, some Apache configuration file must have a line like LoadModule jk_module /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_jk.so do you see that anywhere ?
