RewriteCond  %{QUERY_STRING} abc=123&def=456&ghi=135
RewriteRule /abc/def/abcd.asp
http://www.domain.com/xzy/uvw/abc/xyz.asp?cba=000&zyx=111 [R]

But maybe this is not what you want. however until you tell us what
you want I can't give you anyhting more.
