I installed it and got the headers as follows:

I see differences, but:
1) I don't know which are relevant for the problem of decoding the gz
files on GET.

2) I don't know how to change my Apache to provide the missing
items...

Any ideas based on this info??
What are my options on adjusting Apache to mimick the way the real
server works?
