As Joshua said, you can probably only wait.  Probes will
never stop, but traffic should diminish with time.

You might care to google "goatse", for a method that might
get back at abusers and persuade them to leave you alone.
Not that I'd want to advise anything that might also affect
innocent people who just happen to hit an abuser's page.
