For example:

<VirtualHost *:80>
  ServerName www.example.com
  ProxyPass / http://internal.example.int:3000/
  ProxyPassReverse / http://internal.example.int:3000/
</VirtualHost>

This would proxy internal.example.int, as www.example.com
