There are few different way's to do this. One would be to put the
following inside the no-dav-allowed directory:
<LimitExcept GET POST OPTIONS>
Order allow,deny
Deny from all
</LimitExcept>

Use RemoveHandler (or RemoveFilter) to remove the file-extension
mappings in those directories.
