In the = conf file, it actually sets a location for the pidfile as follows: PidFile /var/run/httpd.pid However, upon listing the contents of /var/run/ there is no httpd.pid. In fact, there is no httpd.pid on any server. The server is running. Does anyone know how this could be? Environment: Apache 1.3 on Solaris 8 Cheers, Craig ************************************************************************ The information in this email together with any attachments is intended = only for the person or entity to which it is addressed and may contain = confidential and/or privileged material.
