You could try something like that

RewriteEngine On

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} demo.mysite.com [NC]
RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} .*logout=1.* [NC]

RewriteRule ^/.* http://www.mysite.com [L,R=302]
