Ignore Graham's suggestion. It has nothing to do with your problem since you do not need virtual hosts at all if you are running just one website. Your problem likely isn't an apache problem at all. First, what is the IP address of your computer? Is it really 192.168.1.1? Second, does www.phuckersoft.org really map to your IP address in DNS (or otherwise)?
