make: *** [mod_ntlm.so] Error 1

  I am compiling it against apache 2.4.4 on OpenSuse and on Debian, Same error on both.

  In the source directory of mod_ntlm i edit the Makefile to point to apxs and apachectl
  APXS=/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs
APACHECTL=/usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl

  Please Advise,
  Eric
