In addition to checking that you have this directive in your httpd.conf:

   LoadModule alias_module modules/mod_alias.so

you should change your directory names to use forward-slashes, like:

   "H:/ApplicationFiles/Directory1/"

Apache doesn't use back-slashes in httpd.conf, even on Windows.
