Have you ever seen/resolved an issue with partial/incomplete apache
access log entries?

 

The middle entry below is an example of a partial/incomplete entry from
one of my web logs for yesterday...

 

75.53.37.148 - - [27/Feb/2007:11:30:03 -0600] "GET /favicon.ico
