An unreleased build of mod_isapi including the last several patches is now
available for TESTING against httpd-2.0 and 2.2 from

  http://people.apache.org/~wrowe/mod_isapi-r492341-win32.zip

It's NOT a release; if you test, please, report back at 1) dev@httpd.a.o,
on the affected bug https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=40470
