Sure.  See the HTTP spec for the details of what the client can
request as far as caching.
http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec13.html#sec13

In particular, I'd guess
Cache-Control: max-age:0
would probably work as an HTTP request header.
