Alias /subdir/* full-path-to-page

Should do the trick. If you're worried about people entering the "subdir"
part in upper- or mixed-case then you can use:

AliasMatch /[Ss][Uu][Bb][Dd][Ii][Rr]/.* full-path-to-page

There may be a better way to do case-insensitive matching, if so I'd be glad
to learn it!
