Are you asking how, from the client side, you can get the server to send responses with all the different status codes? If so, I don't think there is a general solution. You simply need to make requests that result in that code (a missing file for 404, a "Deny"ed area for 403, etc). Perhaps if you explained more clearly what you are really trying to accomplish and why, someone could provide other suggestions on how to do it.
