Usually, a change of minor version (ie, last digit) should not entail any config changes.
Check the CHANGES file in the distro to be sure.

To add to what Axel says; it looks like you have a plain HTTP VH listening on port 443 (you
*are* listening on port 443, you're just not speaking HTTPS).

I'm not sure this meant to be a public site.. If not, it might be that they have a "Deny from"
for IPs outwith an allowed range.

Usual suspects - Thwate, Verisign etc.. If you want a self-signed cert, openssl has all the
tools needed to make one.
