On your system, your apache log files are in:
  /usr/local/web/logs/...

Your Adminweb logs are in:   /usr/local/adminweb/logs/...

The file:   /var/log/messages    may also hold relevant log messages,
especially about startup or Apache failures, if it is a code crash.
