Check your configuration for an SSLCertificateKeyFile directive. Its
argument is the path to the private key of your certificate. Check that
file. It should look like:

-----BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY-----
[Key]
-----END RSA PRIVATE KEY-----

If it doesn't, you probably have a mangled key. (Don't give away the
actual contents of the file though, it might be possible to recreate the
key from it, and that would compromise your certificate!) Hopefully you
have backups, or don't need SSL, otherwise you'll have to recreate the
certificate.
