And I tried to comment the = <Location> , no=20 error message given. Anyway this doesn't work.

I have put in the deflate = function in the=20 httpd.conf as below.
During testing, the compression is = working when=20 I access my web page from internal IP address e.g.:http://x.x.x.x.
Anyway when I = access the=20 web page using domain name e.g.: http://my.web.com, the = compression is not=20 working by looking at the apache access log.
