You are right. I'm just messing the terms.
It's all about Aliasing - "mapping a physical directory to a different 
directory in the URI". But not a statically one. I would need a dynamically 
one (during the runtime of my application).

For IIS everything is just a matter of connecting to the Active Directory.
Is there any similar way for Apache? Something like LDAP support, etc?
