This is normal behavior. IIRC, the browser caches credentials for the duration of the session,
making it hard to unset them without some backend work.

We have a page that is supposed to be password protected with LDAP authentication.  You can
login to the page just fine; however, unless you close out your browser(verified on Firefox,
Opera, and IE) the page fails to ask for a username/password again when you return to the
page.

Any thoughts?
