 In your conf below, you use the same certificate in both VH although the ServerName are different.

All requests will be handled by the grundfunk VH regardless of whether you request grundfunk.de
or ronalter.de.

If you add 

CustomLog /etc/apache2/log/grundfunk_access_log combined

to the grundfunk VH and

CustomLog /etc/apache2/log/ronalter_access_log combined

I am pretty sure that the latter log file will remain empty.
