Subject [users@httpd] DSO: does the order of LoadModule matter?

All, 

   We have a Apache-2.0.52 running on a Linux host. 
We use mod_so to load modules appended below.  However
I am not very sure if those modules loaded in the
right order or the order matters?  Please advise.
