But, try installing Apache by scratch again, with everything set to default, and back up your httpd.conf before you modify it so that you can always roll back to it. You should file a bug report with fink.  It is crazy to = be enabling
all that.  You can find a standard list of modules= as part of the
standard windows default config file:

You can also see the list of "modules enabled by default" her= e:

If you still have the problem after getting a reasonable set of
modules= , you should try the standard:
EnableSendfile Off
EnableMMAP Off
