Have you tried XAMPP (http://www.apachefriends.org/en/index.html
<http://www.apachefriends.org/en/index.html> <http://www.apachfriends.org>
)? Integration of Apache and many other open source tools, such as PHP and
MySQL.

Subject: [users@httpd] Webserver Alternative

FYI. There are alternative web servers availabel for people who have
problems running Apache on their computers. I was able to setup QnE to run
PHP in 5 minutes. But, setup instructions are hard to find: Go to Help then
click on Frequently Asked Questions.
