Was there a reason you couldn't use the default settings that Apache created on install? The warning means that you have also included instructions for port 443 in a section that does not have all those SSL directives set up, probably in httpd.conf. You probably have a Listen or a VirtualHost in there that's using port 443. Keep port 443 in ssl.conf only. Use the default settings in httpd.conf, and avoid virtual hosts in there if you can. Have you thought about getting some help locally? You sound like you're in over your head, and need some guidance right there at your elbow, instead of delayed help from the list.
