Deny from all
</Location>
<LocationMatch ^/$>
Order deny,allow
Allow from all
</LocationMatch>
<Location /App001>
Order deny,allow
Allow from all
</Location>

You may want to allow access to ^/index.html$ as well in a similar fashion.
