Do you start apache with -DSSL? You have your SSL directives inside an
<IfDefine SSL> container:

> <IfDefine SSL>
> LoadModule ssl_module         libexec/libssl.so
> </IfDefine>

After you start Apache, does 'netstat -an' show that there's something
listening on *.443?
