You can get pre-compiled binaries, with SSL, from either of these locations:

http://hunter.campbus.com

http://brandleadershipmarketing.com/apache

P.S. My server at tor.ath.cx is sick, so I moved the files to my
friend's host (brandleadershipmarkeing.com)
