It looks to me like the package install may have done you in. You may have
to do a find for all of the files you need. Either that, or your LD Paths
are not completely set. Start by doing a find for libiconv: 

`find / -name libiconv*`

Did you follow all of the prerequisites? Were there dependencies on
pkgadd?
