This type of problem most commonly arises due to an inconsistent
compilation. That is, you compiled php and apache separately and then
re-compiled one (eg while upgrading) but not the other. Did you do
anything like that?

I am facing a disturbing problem. When i load the apache2_php4 it causes
the error

Here is how the module gets load
