Sorry about the confusion on the file. I guess I looked at it so much
yesterday it looked right. I fixed it now I am getting a different
error:

Syntax error on line 249 of /usr/local/apache2/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /usr/local/apache2/modules/libphp5.so into server: ld.so.1:
/usr/local/apache2/bin/httpd: fatal: libiconv.so.2: open failed: No such
file or directory.

I don't have libiconv.so.2 where does it come from?

the file is not there...

You have libphp-5.so in the conf file... but you dont have that file..
you have a libphp5.so...

Do you see ???

(User Error : Please, replace User, and Try Again :o)
