Subject [users@httpd] Apache Crash - Child xxxxx returned a Fatal error
Date Thu, 03 Feb 2005 06:17:33 GMT
Hello

Lately Apache crashed 4 times ( in about a month ).
Its ver 1.3.26 with PHP on debian woody ( portback of dotdeb )

The error from the log:

[Wed Feb 2 21:19:29 2005] [alert] (11)Resource temporarily unavailable: setuid: unable to
change to uid: 33
[Wed Feb 2 21:19:30 2005] [alert] Child 15587 returned a Fatal error...

I suspect that im missing Ram ( its a dual CPU with 2 G mem )

but still ? is it suppose to crash ? or just return to the unlucky
person the a page unavilable ?

I also get alot of that "[warn] long lost child came home! (pid xxxxxx)"

Any ideal ?
