It looks that an other server app use port 443.

If it is a ssl secured port try:

openssl s_client -connect localhost:443 -state -debug

otherwise with telnet or wget you could get the information.

and you will see the server signarture and then you should
know the app. If you use tomcat, do you configure ssl and
on which port?
