Ralf,
when I do telnet I get the following message:

Trying ::1...
telnet: connect to address ::1: Connection refused
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.

So all is fine on http://127.0.0.1. I'm still being refused on  
https://127.0.0.1
