We tested with three different Browsers and the slown-reload happended
regardless of browser.   We are seeing the Page access in the Apache Log.

I'd be very suspicious that it's a browser issue not an apache issue. Do you
see the request in the apache log for the page? I've seen where IE will not
request the page until cache is cleared, regardless of time. It was an old
bug with IE and I don't think it has ever been fixed.

We are experiencing very Slow Page Reloads on a AIX-5.2 RS6000-S80 with
IBMIHS v2.0 installed.   IF a developer edits a web-page and refreshes the
page, sometimes he gets the new page immediately, but sometimes he gets the
old-page despite closing browser,etc, until minutes(>5) later, the new page
will load???   We do have several entries on the DNS for this server, so it
could be network related.
