do a Listen 443 near the other Listen
In the VirtualHost container, put 

SSLCertificateFile "C:/Apache/Apache2/certificate/certnew"
SSLCertificateKeyFile "C:/Apache/Apache2/certificate/Private/apache2.pvk"
