Have you enabled content-negotiation (mod_negotiation) and mod_mime?
Have you enabled the MultiViews option on the manual directory?
Do you have any AddLanguage directives?

http://httpd.apache.org/manual/content-negotiation.html
http://httpd.apache.org/manual/mod/mod_mime.html#addlanguage
http://httpd.apache.org/manual/mod/mod_negotiation.html#multiviews

Objet : [users@httpd] Docs on XP install not working

Help,
I just installed Apache2 on my XP system.
None of the \manual html files are loading in my browser properly.
When I click the "Help I'm Stuck!" link, I get:

URI: index.html.en Content-Language: en Content-type: text/html;
charset=ISO-8859-1 URI: index.html.ko.euc-kr Content-Language: ko
Content-type: text/html; charset=EUC-KR

If manually open the index.html.en file it of course is displayed properly, but none of the
links work.

I tried Firefox and IE.
