P4 2.6GHz
Mainly web server (it is a secondary qmail and djbdns server)
RH Linux 9
kernel 2.4
both static and dynamic content
use perl (cgi) and php for dynamic content.

Question - does mod_perl help a lot for dynamic content performance?
