ps - you should save money and run Linux on the webserver then you could
use Postfix to relay mail to your Exchange server (and reduce spam /
viruses with amavisd-new and SpamAssassin)

Yes to all of your questions.
Go look up ReverseProxy on google.  It means that Apache will serve
Outlook Web Access (OWA needs to be up and running on the Exchange
server for it to work).
