well, mod_bw...
i really didn't get it to work correctly. if i load it before the php-module 
i get the php-source, i.e. it isn't interpreted at all. if i load it after 
php, it has no effect at all at dynamic content. and last but not least it 
causes the apache-threat to segfault after the request has been served.
i'm using apache 2.0.52, php4 and mod_bw 0.1 on a SuSE 9.0 i386 Platform.
do you know anything about this bug?

Im going to include such a functionality on the next bw_mod. Im stuck
now fixing some shm/mutex problems.
