Maybe you should also add
<meta HTTP-EQUIV="Cache-Control" CONTENT="no-store"/>

just in case some use HTTP/1.1 ?

Are you wanting to stop caching in the browser?  I am not aware of any way to do this, but
I don't have too much expertise with caching.  I'd be interested in knowing if there is any
way to stop browser caching with a header of something!  If anyone knows....
