sure, here r the logs. Sorry should have attached in the first place but was
not sure if problem is tomcat or apache.

Obviously not if you can't get static files.

Either provide relevant details (like log messages when requesting
static files) or try some other place to solve your problems.  (Sorry,
but I'm feeling slightly impatient with people who think we can read
minds.)
