thanks for your mail.<BR>
but the problem is that my apache server is not running.<BR>
it should listen on port 8888 but when i do netstat -na it does not show 8888 listening.<BR>
we have configured VMserver on this machine and the <BR>
lines of error log are as below..<BR>

has attributes that are incompatible with this application. Please delete or rename the file.<BR>
