No it is not a directory, the php is supposed to produce a csv file, does so
on the other server in fact.

The error the page gives is this.

No it is not a directory, the php is supposed to produce a csv file, does so
on the other server in fact.
Object not found!
  The requested URL was not found on this server. If you entered the URL
manually please check your spelling and try again.
Error 404
