1) With reverse proxy:
You must compile your apache with mod_proxy support. Then add these 
directives:

# We must secure this webserver
<Proxy *>
 Order deny,allow
 Deny from all
 Allow from your.domain.com
</Proxy>

ProxyPass /webmail 
http://pop.mydomain.com/cgi-bin/sqwebmail3/sqwebmail?index=1
ProxyPassReverse /webmail 
http://pop.mydomain.com/cgi-bin/sqwebmail3/sqwebmail?index=1

2) Rewrite. Either compile support for mod_rewrite and then, add directives:

RewriteEngine On

RewriteRule ^/webmail 
http://pop.mydomain.com/cgi-bin/sqwebmail3/sqwebmail?index=1
