You haven't properly configured server-side-includes (shtml) for your server.

In particular, it looks like a typo where you have
AddType text/x-server-parser-html .shtml
but you want to have
AddType text/x-server-parsed-html .shtml

But also note that using AddType to activate shtml is not recommended.  See:
http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/mod/mod_include.html#enabling
for the recommended method.
