Would this also fix the below error in my error.log on a Win2k box running Server Version:
Apache/2.0.48 (Win32) mod_perl/1.99_13-dev Perl/v5.8.3 PHP/4.3.4 ??

[Fri Sep 10 10:20:03 2004] [warn] (OS 64)The specified network name is no longer available.
 : winnt_accept: Asynchronous AcceptEx failed.

The solution is in the error message, but I'll be a little more explicit:

- Open httpd.conf
- Go to the end
- Add "Win32DisableAcceptEx" on a new line
- Restart apache
