A common trick is to

->	Move IIS to port 81

->	Add a (reverse) Proxy mapping for th desired IP to apache which
	maps to localhost:81

Search for IIS, Reverse proxy and virus protection for some tricks. It has
the benefit of proteccting IIS a bit better and speedng things up a bit.
